Receta Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 5 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
- 2 lb Button mushrooms, sliced in half
- 1/3 c. Dry cocktail sherry
Direcciones
- Heat butter in large skillet. Add in onion & saute/fry till tender but not brown.
- Fold in mushrooms & cook 8-9 minutes., stirring often. Just before serving,stir in sherry. Select small,hard button mushrooms so which when they are cut in half they will be bite-size.
