Receta Sauteed Salmon Patties

Ingredientes
- 1 sm. zucchini
- 1 sm. carrot
- 1 (15 ounce.) can salmon, liquid removed & flaked
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, white or possibly whole wheat
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg (or possibly equiv. egg sub.)
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- Serve with:
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
Direcciones
- Finely shred zucchini and carrot. In medium bowl mix zucchini, carrot and next 6 ingredients; shape into patties and saute/fry in warm oil about 8-10 min till browned on both sides. Stir together mayonnaise and mustard; serve with salmon patties. Good and easy. Garnish with cucumber slices and lemon wedges.
