  1. Saute/fry onion in butter in heavy pan over medium heat. Don't brown. Spread onion over bottom of a shallow baking dish.
  2. Arrange fish fillets over onion in pan, overlapping thin edges. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add in garlic.
  3. Pour wine or possibly lemon juice over fish.
  4. Add in whipping cream and oregano. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 min. Uncover.
  6. Add in Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Distribute shrimp proportionately over top.
  7. Bake, uncovered, for another 10 min or possibly till top is golden brown, cheese is melted and fish flakes easily.
