Receta Savory Pancakes (gluten free!)
Ingredientes
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour (or you can use all purpose)
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cup soy milk (plain)
- 2 eggs (I happened to have the 'good' kind so I made it easy on myself)
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 green garlic stalk, chopped fine
- 3-4 shitake mushrooms, chopped fine
