Receta Scalloped Beef And Macaroni Dinner

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 2 stalk of celery, diced
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt (I do not use)
- 1 can (19-ounce) tomatoes
- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
- Â Â Pepper to taste
- 1Â 1/2 c. Catelli Ready Cut Macaroni
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions, celery, grnd beef and salt in oil to brown meat. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, water, mustard and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni and bring back to boil. Cover and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, till macaroni are cooked, about 15 min.
