Receta Scalloped Potatoes And Hot Dogs

Ingredientes
- 6 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, minced
- Water to cover
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. cubed process cheese
- 1 pound warm dogs, cut into chunks
Direcciones
- Place potatoes, onions and sufficient water to cover in a large saucepan; cook till tender. Meanwhile, heat butter in another saucepan. Add in flour, stir till smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add in lowfat milk and cheese stirring till cheese melts and sauce is thickened. Add in warm dogs and heat through. Drain potatoes and onion; place in a baking dish. Add in sauce and mix to distribute warm dogs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Yield: 8 servings.
