Add in remaining 1 tbsp butter to frying pan. Add in garlic. Cook 1 minute. Add in tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook till tomatoes render their juices, about 3 to 5 min. Return scallops to frying pan; add in scallions; heat thoroughly. Makes 5 servings. Total preparation time: 15 min.
