Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 T sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in water. Heat lowfat milk to lukewarm. In this, heat shortening; dissolve sugar in lowfat milk. Add in this to 2 cups of flour or possibly sufficient to roll. Make rolls and let set 15 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Makes 28 rolls.
