Receta Scrambled Tofu For Breakfast, Lunch Or Dinner

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Hard tofu liquid removed
- 1/2 x Leek which has been cut
- Â Â Lengthwise, cleaned and
- Â Â Diced
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 x - 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/4 c. Water
- Â Â x Tamari (soy sauce)
- Â Â x Cayenne pwdr and black
- Â Â Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat oil in skillet till warm. Add in mustard seeds and when they begin to pop add in leek and saute/fry for 2 min. Add in crumbled tofu and continue sauting for 2 more min. Add in water, tamari, and spices. Cover and cook till all water is cooked off. Serve with sprouts.
- I also saute/fry with red pepper, black olives, celery and often throw in a handful of leftover brown rice whenever possible.
