Ingredientes
- 1 pound bay scallops
- 1 pound sm. shrimp
- 1 1/2 pound crablegs (approximately 6)
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- 10 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Prepare sauce: Heat butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir till bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, lowfat milk, and cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute till cheese is melted.
- Prepare seafood: Saute/fry mushrooms in 4 Tbsp. butter. Add in scallops, wine and lemon juice; simmer 3-4 min. Add in cooked shrimp and crab. Fold this mix into sauce.
- Divide into ovenproof serving dishes. Top with bread crumbs and sprinkle each with 2-3 tsp. melted butter. Bake 20-30 minute at 350 degrees.
