Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1/4 c. Onion, chopped
- 1Â 1/4 c. Cornmeal, yellow
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sage, dry
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1/4 tsp Pepper, black
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 3 c. Chicken bouillon extra strong
- 2 c. Chicken cooked, grnd up
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion in oil. Add in cornmeal, spices, adn broth. Cook for 15 min.
- When thickened like cornmeal mush, add in chicken. Put into greased 9x5 loaf pan. Pat it down. Chill overnight
- For breakfast, cut 1/2 inch slices, coat with flour and fry till golden in oil
- Must cook and THEN grind the chicken/turkey.
- Seasoning the dipping flour will add in more and varied flavors to your scrapple.
