- 1/4 c. Oat bran
- 1/4 c. Pancake mix, fat-free
- 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg white
- 1 dsh Vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients. Add in lowfat milk and vanilla (if mix is stiff, add in one more Tbsp. lowfat milk.) Fold whipped egg white. Heat waffle maker, sprayed lightly with vegetable oil spray. Pour batter into waffle maker and bake till golden.
