  1. 1. Toast 6 c. of sesame seeds in a skillet or possibly oven.
  2. 2. Blend the seeds in a blender one c. at a time.
  3. 3. Add in honey, ginger, cinnamon and ginger and fold in well.
  4. 4. Pat into a 13" X 9" pan and chill. Cut into squares.
