Receta Sesame Seed Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 stalks scallions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 3 lbs. broiler-fryer chicken wings, cut at joint
Direcciones
- In a bowl, stir together cornstarch, flour, sugar, salt, soy sauce, Large eggs, scallion, garlic and sesame seeds. Stir in 1/4 c. of corn oil. Add in chicken to cover. Marinate two hrs. Heat oil in deep fryer or possibly deep fry pan. Fry meat fine to seven min or possibly till golden with medium heat to 325 degrees.
