Ingredientes
- 2 pound lean beef round or possibly chuck cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coarsely grnd black pepper
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Chunks of green peppers
- Fresh mushrooms
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except meat, chunks of green peppers and fresh mushrooms; mix well. Add in meat and stir to coat. Chill overnight or possibly let stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
- Thread on skewers along with green pepper chunks and fresh mushrooms. May be served with canned new potatoes that have been rolled in barbecue sauce and grilled on separate skewers.
