Receta Shishkebab Marinade

Ingredientes
- 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 med. onion, cubed
- 3 bay leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients well. Marinate meat for at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Cube meat, cook on skewers with whole mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and cubed green pepper. Serve with rice. Makes sufficient marinade for 1/2 leg of lamb. Also good for beef.
