Receta Shredded Carrot Casserole

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly marge
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 6 x Carrots, peeled (always optional, imho) and shredded
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 c. Chicken or possibly vegetable broth
- Â Â Cayenne pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat butter in heat proof casserole and saute/fry onion for 3 min. Add in carrots and stir to coat. Sprinkle with salt, sugar and cayenne. Pour stock over carrots. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 min.
- Serves 6.
