Ingredientes
- 1-2 pound shrimp, peeled
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Fiesta Brand Mesquite flavored fajita seasoning
- Garlic pwdr
- 2 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Sprinkle peeled shrimp generously with Fajita seasoning. Let the shrimp marinate for 1-2 hrs. Combine shrimp and 3 vegetables, sprinkle with a dash of garlic. Saute/fry in melted butter for 20-25 min or possibly till shrimp are thoroughly cooked (pink). Option: Wrap in hot tortillas.
