Receta Shrimp Filled Avocados

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. lime or possibly lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon capers
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 pound fresh med. shrimp, cooked, peeled & deveined
- 3-4 ripe avocados
Direcciones
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in shrimp. Cover and refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Drain shrimp, reserving marinade. Cut avocados in half lengthwise. Remove seed and peel avocado halves. Brush avocados with reserved marinade and fill with shrimp mix. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
