Receta Shrimp Or Chicken Creole

Ingredientes
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 5 tbsp. shortening
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 6-8 green onions, minced
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 3/4 pound shrimp or possibly chicken
Direcciones
- Add in flour to shortening and cook medium heat till rich dark brown, stirring constantly. Add in precooked chicken and remaining ingredients (except shrimp). Simmer for 30 min. Add in shrimp last 10 min. Season to taste. Serve over rice.
