Receta Shrimp Salad In Avocados

Ingredientes
- 2 avocados
- Lemon juice
- 1 pound bay shrimp
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. cocktail sauce
- 2 tbsp. green onions
- 2 tbsp. chopped celery
- Lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Cut avocados in half. Remove pit. Gently remove avocado from skin. Don't cut or possibly break avocado. Slice a thin slice from uncut side of each half so they will sit on plate without rocking. Rub with lemon juice.
- Gently toss shrimp, mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, onions and celery. Spoon on avocado halves. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
