Receta Shrimp & Scallops In Cream Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound lg. shrimp
- 1/2 pound lg. sea scallops
- Flour
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 sm. lemon
- 1 sm. orange
- 2 tbsp. Scotch
- 1 c. whipping cream
Direcciones
- In saucepan heat 1 Tbsp. butter, add in the juice of orange and lemon, add in Scotch; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, whip in the cream with wire whisk and simmer 10 min. Salt and pepper the shrimp and scallops, dip lightly in flour, fry with remaining butter till golden. Add in sauce to the shrimp and scallops. Cover and let sit for 5 min. To serve: Place 3 shrimp and 4 scallops on medium plate, pour sauce over and garnish.
