Receta Shrimp Scampi

Ingredientes
- 24 lg. uncooked shrimp (peeled, deveined, leaving tails on)
- 4 lg. garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- Lemon wedges
- bread crumbs
Direcciones
- In a skillet, saute/fry a few spoons of bread crumbs, parsley and garlic till lightly browned. (Add in garlic after a few moments so which it doesn't get brown.)
- Add in shrimp, marinade and juice from a couple of lemon wedges and cook till shrimp are pink (a few min) and juices in pan are bubbling warm.
- Serve shrimp with scampi sauce for dipping, and garnish with lemon wedges.
