Receta Shrimp With Prosciutto

Ingredientes
- 6 x -Jumbo shrimp Peeled and deveined
- 6 x -Proscuitto slices
- Â Â Seasoned flour
- 1 ounce butter
- 2 ounce orange liquor
- Â Â Juice of 2 oranges
Direcciones
- Roll shrimp with Prosciutto, coat with flour. Saute/fry shrimp in butter about 2 min each side or possibly till done. Remove shrimp from pan and add in liquor to pan and ignite, when flame subsides, add in orange juice and simmer till creamy, spoon sauce over shrimp and garnish and serve.
