Receta Shrimp With Snow Peas And Water Chestnuts

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Shrimp, peeled and split
- Â Â Removed
- Â Â Salt
- 1/2 c. Water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Wine, Shaoxing or possibly dry sher
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- Â Â Oil for stir frying
- 1/2 tsp Cornstarch dissolved in
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger, chopped
- 1/2 c. Water or possibly stock
- 1/2 lb Peas, snow, stems and string
Direcciones
- Toss shrimp with salt, add in wine and marinate 20 minute to several hrs.
- Drain shrimp and reserve marinade. Heat wok on high heat, add in oil. Add in ginger, stir-fry till fragrant and add in shrimp. Stir-fry till shrimp are opaque, 2 to 4 min depending on size. Add in snow peas and wter chestnuts; stir-fry till just heated through. Add in reserved marinade, soy sauce and cornstarch mix. Bring to boil and cook till sauce thickens. Serve immediately.
