Receta Shrimp With Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Shrimp, large
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, warm
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Ginger, minced
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- Â Â Black pepper, grnd
- 1Â 1/2 c. Tomatoes, diced
- 1 c. Scallions, minced
Direcciones
- 1. Peel and devein the shrimp.
- 2. Heat 1 Tbsp. of the oil in a frying pan and add in the garlic. Cook breifly. Add in the tomatoes, warm pepper flakes and 1 Tbsp. of the ginge Cook, reducing the liquid, for 5 min. Set aside and keep hot.
- 3. Heat the remaining Tbsp. of oil in a nonstick frying pan and add in t shrimp and grnd pepper. Saute/fry over high heat for 1 minute on each side.
- 4. Add in the remaining ginger and the scallions. Blend well, cooking for 1 minute.
- Place the shrimp over the tomato mix and serve.
