- 150 gr green olives
- 100 cherry tomatoes
- 50 gr tomato concentrate
- 1 tablespoons oregano
- 50 capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons almonds, lightly toasted (optional)
- olive oil (I used 1/3 glass)
