Receta Simple Salmon Chowder

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lrg onion diced
- 1Â 1/2 c. diced celery
- 4 med or possibly 3 large potatoes diced
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch - (rounded)
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk - (12 ounce)
- 1Â 1/2 c. cooked salmon - (to 2 c.)
- Â Â (2 small cans or possibly 1 large can)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry celery and onion in butter till brown. Add in potatoes and sufficient water to cover. Simmer 20 min or possibly till potatoes are done.
- Stir cornstarch into about 1 c. water and add in to mix. Increase heat to thicken. Add in lowfat milk and salmon and serve when warm.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
