  1. Sprinkle chicken pcs on both sides with salt and paprika. Heat butter in a large skillet. Add in chicken pcs and saute/fry till well browned on both sides. Remove chicken and pour off drippings. Return chicken to skillet. Add in sufficient water to broth to make 1 1/2 c.. Pour over chicken. Add in chopped onion, poultry seasoning, and black pepper to pan. Bring to boiling. Cover and simmer 25 min. Add in vegetables and bring to boiling again. Top with biscuits. Simmer, uncovered, 10 min. Cover and simmer 10 min longer or possibly till dumplings are cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley.
