Ingredientes

  •     (whole wheat-white)
  • 1 c. unbleached flour
  • 2 c. whole wheat
  • 1 x heaping Tablespoons baking pwdr
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp cream of tartar
  •     cut in:
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Knead. Roll or possibly pat on prepared surface. Cut. Bake in greased pan at 450 degrees F. 12-15 min.
