Receta Slow Cooked Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredientes
- 12 lrg cabbage leaves
- 4 c. water
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp grnd black pepper
- 6 ounce tomato paste
- 3/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Wash cabbage leaves. Boil 4 c. water. Turn heat off. Soak leaves in water 5 min. Remove, drain, and cold.
- Combine remaining ingredients except tomato paste and water. Place 2 Tbsp. mix on each leaf and roll firmly. Stack in slow cooker. Combine tomato paste and 3/4 c. water, and pour over stuffed cabbage. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hrs.
- Yield: 6 servings.
