Receta Slow Cooked White Chili With Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut in thin strips
- 1 c. dry Great Northern beans rinsed
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 5 c. water
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp warm pepper sauce
- 1 can green chiles minced
- Â Â Fresh sage for garnish
Direcciones
- In 3 1/2- or possibly 4-qt slow cooker, combine chicken, beans, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, soup and water; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hrs or possibly till beans are tender and chicken is no longer pink.
- Just before serving, stir in cumin, warm pepper sauce and chiles. Serve with additional warm sauce if you like. Garnish with sage.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
