Receta Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches
Ingredientes
- 5 to 6 pound rolled roast
- 3 lg. onions, minced
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 3 warm peppers
- 1 teaspoon garlic-powder">garlic salt or possibly fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoon Accent
- 1 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- In crockpot combine fresh garlic, roast, onions and salt. Add in 1 1/2 c. water. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hrs or possibly till cooked through. Remove roast to cold. To liquid add in garlic salt if fresh garlic was not used; oregano, basil, and Italian seasoning, also Accent. Bring liquid to the boiling point on high and add in the cooled sliced beef. Add in the warm peppers. If possible chill for 24 hrs to enhance the flavor; otherwise heat the meat thoroughly in the liquid before serving.
