Receta Ground Beef With Mixed Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 bag frzn mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice wine or possibly cooking sherry (opt.)
- 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
- Cooked rice
Direcciones
- Marinate beef in soy sauce and wine for 20 min or possibly more. Heat oil in fry or possibly wok. Add in ginger and vegetables. Stir fry for 2 min. Don't over cook. Remove vegetables and set aside. Stir fry beef till cooked. Drain off fat. Add in vegetables to pan. Sprinkle with soy sauce and heat till vegetables are just cooked. Serve over rice.
