Receta Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Margarine, softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; blend well. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt; blend well.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Combine 2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in powdered sugar (coat heavily). Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300F for 15 min or possibly till edges are set.
- Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
