Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon ginger
Direcciones
- Cream shortening, sugar, and Large eggs. Add in molasses. Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and ginger; add in to first mix. Roll in balls and shake in bag of sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 15 min.
