Receta Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Puritan canola oil
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts (optional)
Direcciones
- Blend or possibly mix all ingredients except raisins, oatmeal, and nuts. Batter will be soft and smooth. Stir in oatmeal, raisins and nuts. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Cookies will be plump so use desired measuring spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Yields approximately 6 dozen.
