Receta Sole Baked In Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 pound sole fillets
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T dry white wine
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, grnd
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 T minced green pepper
- 2 T minced parsley
- 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Sprinkle fillets with lemon juice, wine, salt, and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for several hrs. Heat butter in saucepan. Whisk in flour till smooth. Add in lowfat milk, and stirring cook over low heat till smooth and thick. Add in grnd pepper, mustard, Worcestershire, tarragon, green pepper, parsley, chives, grated cheese and simmer for 5 min. Arrange fillets in a single layer in a greased baking pan (9 x 13). Pour over sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till fish flakes with a fork. 6 servings. Easy and moist.
