Receta Soufganiot Mehirot Osem (Quick Donouts)

Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/2 c. Self raising flour
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 c. Yogurt, I used 4 o/o Eshel
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence
- Â Â Oil for deep frying
- Â Â Sugar pwdr for decoration
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients, allow to raise, covered with a towel for short time.
- Heat oil and fry small dounuts on both sides till golden brown-brown. With a slotted spoon remove on plate covered with paper towels. Before serving decorate with sugar pwdr.
- IMPORTANT : Place a peeled carrot in the frying pot , to avoid oil burnt
