Receta Spicy Parmesan Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 whl skinless chicken breasts split, fat removed
- Â Â (or possibly 1 broiler chicken, cut up, skin removed)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese - (abt 2 ounce)
- 3/4 c. salsa
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken, bone-side down, in a 9- by 13-inch baking pan. Combine Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning and sprinkle over chicken.
- Bake for 15 min if using two breasts, 45 min for a broiler chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake 1 more minute. Serve with salsa.
