Receta Soupy Enchilada Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 bag Dorito taco chips
- 1 lrg Or possibly more grnd beef --
- Cooked and liquid removed
- 1 can (12-ounce) mild enchilada sauce
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (15-ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. Grated Taco or possibly Cheddar --
- And/or possibly
- Monterey Jack cheese
Direcciones
- Spread bottom of 9x13" pan with tortilla chips. Mix cooked grnd beef with 4 canned ingredients + green chilies, if using. Pour over chips. Sprinkle cheese on top (2 c. or possibly more). Bake at 350 F. till set and warm through, about 30-35 min.
