Receta Sour Cream Burritos

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 4 ounce. salsa
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon (instant)
- 1 c. water
- 3 tbsp. canned minced green chilies
- 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4-6 flour tortillas
Direcciones
- Brown beef and onion. Drain grease. Place equal amounts on tortillas. Top each meat mix with equal parts of salsa and cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in glass baking dish.
- In saucepan heat butter. Stir in flour, cook till bubbly. Stir in bouillon and water cook till thick. Stir in lowfat sour cream and green chilies. Heat through. Pour over tortillas. Top with a little more grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 min.
