Receta Sour Cream 'N' Chive Twice Baked Potato Bites

Ingredientes
- 6 sm Red potatoes
- 1 tsp Minced fresh chives
- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme leaves or possibly 3/4 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Â Â Dash garlic pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- Â Â Paprika, if you like
- Â Â Minced fresh chives, if you like
Direcciones
- Place potatoes in medium saucepan; cover with cool water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cook 15 to 20 min or possibly till tender. Drain.
- Cut potatoes in half. If necessary, cut thin slice from bottom of potato halves to level. Scoop out center of cooked potatoes, leaving 1/8 inch shell. Place scooped out potato (not shells) in small bowl. Add in 1 tsp. chives, thyme, salt, garlic pwdr, lowfat sour cream, margarine and lowfat milk; mash till smooth.
- Pipe or possibly spoon potato mix into potato shells. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Broil 4 to 6 min from heat for 3 to 5 min or possibly till warm and lightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika and chives. Arrange filled potatoes on serving plate. If you like, garnish plate with fresh thyme.
- Yield: 12appetizers.
