- 1 x 9" unbaked deep dish pie shell
- 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1Â 3/4 c. Pumpkin (16-ounce can)
- 1Â 1/4 c. Condensed lowfat milk, sweetened (14-ounce.)
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Thawed frzn orange juice
- Â Â Concentrate
- Â Â (or possibly orange flavored liquer)
- 1/2 tsp Grated orange peel

- Combine Large eggs, pumpkin, condensed lowfat milk, pie spice, orange peel & salt in med. bowl; mix well. Pour into prepared shell. Bake in 425 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temp. to 350 and bake for 30-35 minutes. or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cold for 10 minutes. on wire rack. Spread with lowfat sour cream Orange Topping.**For Topping: Combine topping ingredients in small bowl. Spread on pie.
