Receta Sour Cream Raspberry Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 3 c. raspberries
Direcciones
- Put pastry in pie tin. Beat Large eggs and whisk in lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Mix sugar, flour and add in to egg mix. Gently stir in raspberries. Pour into pie shell and bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 min. Mix sugar, flour and nuts. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Sprinkle over warm pie. Return to oven for 10 to 15 min.
