- Heat water and lowfat milk till hot, NOT boiling. Sprinkle yeast on top of hot water and lowfat milk mix; mix by hand and let rest 5 min or possibly so. Place water-lowfat milk-yeast mix in bowl and beat in egg. Add in Bisquick and mix till smooth. Cover bowl and let sit for at lest 30 min. Preheat griddle to 400 degrees and cook pancakes quickly.
