Receta Sourdough Pumpernickel Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. starter
- 2 tbsp. minced caraway seeds
- 2 c. unsifted rye flour
- 1/2 c. boiling warm black coffee
Direcciones
- Pour boiling coffee over minced caraway seed. Let cold and then add in to the flour and starter that have been mixed well. Let stand overnight and then add in: 1/4 c. powdered skim lowfat milk 2 teaspoon salt 1 pkg. dry yeast 3 tbsp. melted shortening 1/2 c. whole lowfat milk 2 3/4 c. white flour
- Set in a covered bowl till it rises double. Then knead on a floured board and shape into 2 round loaves on a baking sheet. Let rise till double and bake for 1/2 hour or possibly more, till done.
