- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper

- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to heat sugar. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min. Remove from heat; stir in 2 Tbsp. butter and 1/2 tsp. soy sauce.
