Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. Yellow prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. White sugar
- 1/4 c. Light brown sugar
- 1 c. Cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 4 dsh Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except soy sauce and butter in saucepan and simmer 10 min. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and butter. May be used as a basting sauce for barbecue meat or possibly as a condiment when served with grilled pork, beef or possibly chicken.
