Receta Southern Corn Fritters

Ingredientes
- 1 can corn, liquid removed
- 2 1/2 c. prepared biscuit mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 T self rising corn meal (if using plain, add in 2 teaspoon baking pwdr)
- 1 T melted butter or possibly oil
- 1 egg
- 1 c. liquid (lowfat milk or possibly liquid from corn.
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients and add in to melted butter and corn. Mix well. Beat egg and add in to liquid. Add in egg and liquid gradually to dry ingredients. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls in deep fat. When brown, serve with molasses and butter.
